By accessing or using the Signalix platform ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not access the Service. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Signalix Technology Private Limited ("Signalix", "we", "us", or "our").

2. Platform Nature and Disclaimers

Signalix is NOT:

You acknowledge and agree that:

• •You execute trades independently through your own SEBI-registered broker
• •All financial consequences of your trades are your sole responsibility
• •Past computational accuracy does not guarantee future results

3. Account Registration and Security

To access certain features of the Service, you must register for an account. You agree to:

• •Maintain and promptly update your account information
• •Maintain the security of your password and account credentials

• •Accept responsibility for all activities under your account

6. Subscription and Payments

8. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Signalix, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including reasonable attorneys' fees, arising out of or in any way connected with your access to or use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of another.

9. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including but not limited to a breach of these Terms.

Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. All provisions of these Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including but not limited to ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity, and limitations of liability.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any legal action or proceeding arising out of or relating to these Terms shall be brought exclusively in the courts located in Bengaluru, Karnataka, India.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.

By continuing to access or use our Service after any revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms. If you do not agree to the new terms, you are no longer authorized to use the Service.
