1Subscription Plans
Signalix offers the following subscription plans:
- Starter (Free): No payment required. Access to 5 AI analyses per day for F&O markets.
- Pro — ₹999/month or ₹9,588/year (₹799/month): Full access to all markets, unlimited analyses, and advanced features.
- Elite — ₹1,999/month or ₹19,188/year (₹1,599/month): Everything in Pro plus API access, API Access, and priority support.
All paid plans are billed in advance — monthly or annually depending on your selection at checkout. Prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and inclusive of applicable taxes.
2How to Cancel Your Subscription
You can cancel your Signalix subscription at any time by following these steps:
- 1Log in to your Signalix account at signalix.com
- 2Navigate to Dashboard → Settings → Subscription
- 3Click "Cancel Subscription" and confirm your choice
- 4You will receive a cancellation confirmation email within 5 minutes
Alternatively, you can cancel by emailing support@signalix.com with the subject line "Cancel Subscription" from your registered email address.
Important: Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. You will continue to have full access to your plan features until then. We do not offer prorated refunds for the remaining days in a billing period (except as described in Section 3).
3Refund Policy
Eligible for Refund
- First-time subscribers who request a refund within 7 days of their initial payment — full refund, no questions asked.
- Annual plan subscribers who cancel within 30 days of renewal — prorated refund for unused months.
- Cases where Signalix was unavailable for more than 24 consecutive hours due to our technical issues — credit or refund for affected period.
- Duplicate charges due to billing errors — full refund of the duplicate amount.
Not Eligible for Refund
- Cancellations after the 7-day refund window for monthly plans.
- Cancellations after 30 days for annual plans.
- Dissatisfaction with trading signal outcomes — Signalix provides computational analysis tools, not guaranteed profits.
- Accounts suspended for violation of our Terms of Service.
- Partial month usage — we do not prorate monthly subscriptions.
- Free trial periods — no payment is taken during the free trial.
4How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, please contact us within the eligible window:
- Email:support@signalix.com with subject "Refund Request — [Your Account Email]"
- Include:Your registered email address, order/transaction ID, reason for refund request, and date of payment.
We process refund requests within 5-7 business days. Approved refunds are credited to your original payment method. Bank processing may take an additional 3-5 business days depending on your bank.
5Plan Downgrades & Upgrades
Upgrades: When you upgrade from a lower to a higher plan, you are charged the prorated difference for the remaining days in your billing period. The upgrade takes effect immediately.
Downgrades: When you downgrade to a lower plan, the change takes effect at the start of your next billing period. You retain access to your current plan features until then. No refund is issued for the difference.
Annual to Monthly: Switching from an annual to a monthly plan takes effect at the end of your annual billing period. No prorated refund is issued for the remaining months of the annual plan.
6Payment Methods & Failed Payments
We accept payments via credit/debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, RuPay), UPI, net banking, and wallets through our payment processor (Razorpay).
If a payment fails, we will retry the charge up to 3 times over 7 days. If payment continues to fail, your subscription will be paused and you will be notified by email. Your data and settings are preserved for 30 days after a failed payment.
To update your payment method, go to Dashboard → Settings → Subscription → Update Payment Method.
